Dynamic Midsole Construction
Cloudwave cushioning technology smooths out the ride and adds payback in the form of energy return. The midsole features a combination of Mizuno's U4ic and U4icX foam materials. U4icX is used in the heel under the plate to dramatically soften road shocks, while the slightly firmer U4ic is employed throughout the rest of the midsole for its lightweight and resilient properties.
