all kinds of trails. Holding to that spirit, Hoka further improved the fit, stability, and durability of this third edition of the Speedgoat. The wider midsole and toe box of previous Speedgoat were well received. The more aggressive Vibram® MegagGrip lugs, which hold up to the most rugged of terrain. Hoka has added more heel support and midfoot lockdown in the upper as well as a seatbelt-inspired support on each side. This combo that creates a protective cradle that makes this the fastest, toughest trail runner yet.
